Flipping Mad of the Day: A bit of controversy out of tonight’s Brit Awards, where Album of the Year award winner Adele was cut off in the middle of her acceptance speech by host James Corden.

Upset, Adele quickly wrapped up by saying “I’ll see you next time ‘round” and extending her middle finger.

After the show, Corden admitted that he doesn’t understand why he was forced to cut Adele off. “Blur played for 11 minutes and she didn’t get chance to say thank you once,” he told ITV2.

Adele later clarified that the gesture was for “the suits, not the fans.”

Music Video of the Day: For their latest music video-slash-Chevy Super Bowl ad, OK Go drove down a two-mile stretch of desert lined with 1,000 instruments in a Chevy Sonic fitted with retractable pneumatic arms to perform a very complicated version of “Needing/Getting” that took four months to prep and four days to shoot.

Good video, great song.

Turning 21:
1 pub crawl with my brothers,
1 Flying Dog brewery tour,
9 pub visits,
1 instance of carding,
3 alternative clubs with my sister,
1 infraction of being hopelessly straight at gay bar,
1 five gallon vat of oatmeal stout made with enthusiasm, and friends expertise,
0 cases of driving intoxicated,
0 hangovers,
0 regrettable life choices made.
…It’s been a little over two weeks.
