Bowerbirds

Yes I do need to know my place.

I completely lost it at “how can he sit down, with balls that big?”

62 minutes until my last final.

Lets do this.

I call her “Mrs. Abshire” and she immediately says “Oh, but you must call me Lucille, everyone
does,” and smiles in an exhausted but warm sort of way, as though she is a brilliant sun in
some other galaxy.

-The Time Traveler’s Wife

I love everything about this.

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.

J. R. R. Tolkien (via hannahmmayhue)

All that glitters is gold

Only shooting stars break the mold

It’s a cool place and they say it gets colder

You’re bundled up now but wait ‘til you get older

But the meteor men beg to differ

Judging by the hole in the satellite picture

The ice we skate is getting pretty thin

The water’s getting warm so you might as well swim

My world’s on fire how about yours

That’s the way I like it and I never get bored

-Smash Mouth

I am so sorry, I couldn’t help myself.

It’s weird how much more cohesive this album sounds on vinyl, probably because I have no idea how to skip tracks, and there’s no screen telling me what track is playing. It’s like a radio station with no commercials, and great taste.
Oh my gosh
In the Tyrol just came on. It has a Wagner overture. Now there’s a remix of Hard Days Night with a Sitar. You guys I am legit trippping out in the UMBC library right now, this is crazy.
